Kayla is survived by her loving Mother, Rachel Leigh Noffsinger, Father, Michael Douglas Stinnett, Brothers: James Michael Stinnett, David Chase Kincade, and William Kristin Koons, Jr., Grandmothers, Pauline Stinnett, and Linda Marie Newton, Uncles, David Gregory Pace, and Frank Rose, Aunt Linda Sue Burnes, Boyfriend, Keith Weil, Lauren Kirby, who was like the sister she never had, and many other family members and friends.
