Kathy Roberta Sanning, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on January 17, 2018. She was a retired Nurse from Our Lady of Peace Hospital and was a member of St. Margaret Mary.
Kathy was born on September 22, 1944 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Martin and Roberta Edelen.
She is survived by her loving husband, John Robert "Bob" Sanning; daughter, Stephanie Roberta Jacobi (Dennis); grandsons, Jacob Jacobi, Christopher Jacobi and Lucas Jacobi; siblings, Martin Edelen (Jane), Michael Edelen (Judy) and Karen McKiernan (Jerry).
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, East Chapel (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, KY 40243). A funeral service to honor the life of Kathy will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
