Kathleen Adcock Meador, 79, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2020.
She was born on August 31, 1940 in Central City, Kentucky to Sherman and Hallie (Noffsinger) Adcock. Kathleen was a member of St. Therese Catholic Church and was a Kentucky Colonel. The majority of her life was devoted to caring for children. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandma, sister, and friend.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Lewis W. Meador, Sr.; Son, Rick C. Meador; Father, Sherman Dexter Adcock; Mother, Hallie Mae Adcock; and Brother, Bobby Adcock.
Kathleen is survived by her Son, John (Janet) Meador; Daughter, Donna (Jim) Wadell; Son, Lewis (Connie) Meador, Jr.; Son, Patrick (Tara) Meador; Son, Todd Meador; Daughter, Mary (Jerry) Schneidtmiller; 11 Grandchildren, Laura, Jonathan, Josh, Jimmy, Tyler, Conner; Hailey, Kyle, Jacob, Jerry Jr., and Madelyn; 4 Great Grandchildren, Brent, Lucas, Brantley, and Laken; Sibilings, Ruby (Bobby) Pierce, Lula (Jimmy) Jackson, Jane Adcock, Gene Adcock and Larry Adcock all of Muhlenberg County, KY.
Public services have been postponed due to the current environment surrounding current global events. The family plans to have a celebration of life at a later date. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time.
