Karen Lee Mullins, 75, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on December 6, 2025. She was a devoted mother, wife, and girlfriend, known for her unwavering commitment to her family. Karen took great pride in caring for her daughters, providing them with love and security. She was also a dedicated partner and a hard worker who enjoyed cooking, earning praise for her delicious fried chicken. A skilled seamstress, Karen found joy in creating and sharing moments with her loved ones and pets.
Born on May 26, 1950, in Louisville, Kentucky, to David and Alice (Seymour) Berry, Karen was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Mullins, and her parents, David Lee Berry and Alice Laverne Berry.
She is survived by her daughters, MaLinda Lee (Phillip) Scantling and MaLisa Lee Mullins; her grandchildren, Stephen Gary, Shelby (Chris) McCamy, Ashley Graham, Aiden Graham, Ava Graham; her great-granddaughter, Lydia McCamy; her boyfriend, Roger Davis; and a multitude of family and friends who will cherish her memory forever.
In honor of Karen’s love for animals, the family requests that contributions be made to the local humane society in her memory.
