Karen Childress, 38, of Louisville, KY took her last breath on this earth on October 29, 2013 with all of her family by her side.
She was born on August 12, 1975, in Louisville to Terry and Patsy (Rendon) Childress.
Karen is survived by her sisters, Terri Scanlon (Thomas) and Jennifer Childress; nieces and nephews, Christie Manning (Jesse), Chad Scanlon (Jessica), and Priscilla Childress; and four great-nephews and one great-niece.
The family would like to thank the caring staffs of University of Louisville Hospital and Hosparus of Louisville.
Rest in peace sweet girl.
