Kalynn Nicole Dominguez-Brewer, infant, passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2014. She was born on Wednesday, June 18, 2014, to Manuel Dominguez and Sarah Brewer.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 4, 2014 at 12:00 pm. Visitation will be the same day from 10:00 until 12:00 followed by a short funeral service at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243.
Memorial contributions may be made out to CJ Foundation for SIDS HUMC: WFAN Pediatric Center 30 Prospect Avenue, Hackensack, NJ 07601.
