Justin Charles Coots, 41, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 25, 2016.
He was born on March 6, 1975, in New Albany to Stephen and Denise (Maupin) Coots. Along with his parents, Justin is survived by his wife of 19 years, Kelly (Cox) Coots; sons, Samuel and Alex Coots; sister, Danielle Moore (Matt); grandmothers, Ellen Maupin and Carol Coots; parents-in-law, Bob and Barbara Cox; sister-in-law, Krista Darst (Jason); and many nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen following Justin's wishes, and Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with his care. All services will be private.
The family requests that contributions in Justin's memory be made to Kelly Coots in care of Chase Bank (3317 Grant Line Road, Suite 101, New Albany, Indiana 47150) to help support his family.
