Julius Lynn Deckard, 84, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2015.
He was born in Gamaliel, KY to the late Otis Deckard and Jewel Deckard-Tinsley. He retired from Securitas as a Security Guard. He was a member of the South End Church of Christ.
He is survived by his sister, Martha Skaggs.

Funeral Ceremony will be held on Monday, August 17, 2015 at 1PM located at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway) with visitation from 10AM-1PM. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery immediately following the Service.
