Thomas, Julie Ann, 56, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on June 11, 2016.
Julie was born on April 15, 1960, in Louisville, Kentucky.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick Thomas; daughters, Jennifer Clark (Andy), Alison Heath, Kristin Speerbrecker; parents, Jerry and Jane Shull; siblings, David Shull, Patti Shull and Glenn Shull; grandchildren, Luke, Danica, Andrew and Rozlyn; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2016, and visitation will resume Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon, at Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40272). A funeral service to honor the life of Julie will be held on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home. A private burial for the family will be held at St. Andrew's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Arrow Foundation.
