Judy Marie Owen, 55, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on October 18, 2016. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Judy loved her pets dearly.

Judy was born on January 4, 1961, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Clarence and Georgia (Blandford) Riney.

Judy is survived by her husband, Johnny Owen; children, Jessica and Jacob Barrett; granddaughter, Cassie Napper; sisters, Linda Shuff and Cathy Phillips; life-long best friends, Lynn Forrest and Pam Taylor; and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm Thursday, October 20, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). Her Funeral Ceremony will be held Friday, October 21, 2016 at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
