Judith Mae Shumaker

Judith "Judy" Mae Shumaker, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, September 3, 2021. Judy enjoyed going shopping, dancing, and was a very independent person. She loved going to church and attended Walnut Street Baptist Church, she later attended various churches around the area. Judy enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren as well as being called "Gigi" by her great grandchildren.

She was born on October 31, 1946 in Louisville, Kentucky to Homer and Catherine (Smith) Robinson. She is preceded in death by her Parents.

Judy is survived by her Daughters, Tina (Mike) Marvin, and Stacey (Willy) Meek, Grandchildren, Ricky Williams, Becky (Thomas) Heil, D.J. Meek, and Katie Meek, Great-Grandchildren, Savanna Heil, Logan Heil, Step-Grandchildren, Christie (Dan) KIuender, Shane Meek. Judy also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Friends and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, September 13, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
