Judith Kay (Sparks) Phipps, 73, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on January 3, 2017, at her home.
She was born on January 13, 1943, in New Albany to the late Charles and Kathryn (Scanlon) Sparks. Judy is survived by her husband of over 55 years, Walter Phipps; son Greg. H. Phipps (Greg Roberts); and beagle companions, Willow and Bella.
Cremation was chosen following Judy's wishes. She will be laid to rest privately at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
The family requests that contributions in Judy's memory be made to the New Albany/Floyd County Animal Shelter (215 West Market Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150).
