Judith Joy (Walts) Libs, 79, of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2021.
She was born on October 11, 1941, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Damon and Millicent (Funk) Walts. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her granddaughter, Katie Baete.
Judy is survived by her daughters, Debbie Scott and Susan Reynolds; best friend, Morton Libs; grandchildren, Damon (Stephanie) Baete, Christina (Dennis) Thomas, Jereme Koch, Morton (Allie Fessel) Scott, and James (Janelle Welsh) Scott; and great-grandchildren, Spencer Baete, Dennis Thomas, Jr., Skyler Baete, Joshua Thomas, Gabriel Baete, and Christopher Thomas.
Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 14, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will follow at 6:30 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
