Judith "Judy" Darlene Durbin, 83, of Louisville, Kentucky, peacefully left this world on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

Judy was a devoted and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and cherished friend whose warmth and love touched all who knew her. An avid gardener, she found joy in planting vibrant flowers that brightened her home and the hearts of those around her. In her leisure time, Judy found pleasure in reading, crafting, bowling, watching her favorite shows, and engaging in computer games. Many treasured memories were created during family outings to Mammoth Cave and Kings Island, moments that her children and grandchildren will hold close to their hearts.

Born on January 23, 1942, in Indianapolis, Indiana, Judy was the beloved daughter of Cashus and Mary McAfee. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Roy Durbin, Sr.; her sister, Carol Marks; and her granddaughter, Leiera Darlene Durbin.

Judy's legacy lives on through her cherished family: her loving daughter, Cheryl (Robert) Hall; sons Michael, Keith, and Roy Durbin, Jr.; grandsons Stephen, Nick, Michael Jr., and Damion; granddaughters Paige, Jordan, Brittney, and Lahkiyah; and great-grandchildren Cameron, Brandon, Noah, and Scarlet. She is also survived by her brother, James (Pam) Lindese; sister, Mary-Louise Salmon; and many extended family members and friends who will forever treasure her loving spirit.

Visitation will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, with burial to take place at Resthaven Memorial Park in Louisville, Kentucky.

In honor of Judy's everlasting spirit and compassion, the family requests that contributions be made in her memory to the Kentucky Humane Society.
