Judith Ann Hubbard, affectionately known as Judi, passed away on March 27, 2026. She was born on July 19, 1950, in Indianapolis, Indiana, and her life was marked by creativity and a profound love for her family.
Judi was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who treasured her role within the family above all else. She is survived by her beloved sons, Eric Hubbard and his wife Charissa, Jason Hubbard and his wife Marci, and Adam Hubbard. Her legacy of love continues through her cherished grandchildren: Shelby Vizitiu and her husband Daniel, Phillip Hubbard, Zach Hubbard and his wife Grace, Elizabeth Hubbard, Tyler Hubbard, Savannah Hubbard, AJ Hubbard, and Max Hubbard. Also carrying forward Judi’s loving spirit is her great-granddaughter, Sophie. She is also survived by her sister. She was the daughter of Max Wollenmann and Helen Borders Wollenmann, both of whom preceded her in death.
She was a woman of many talents and passions. Her love for crafts, especially crocheting and quilting, was well known among her friends and family. She found joy and camaraderie in her quilting group, where she spent countless hours bringing beauty and creativity into the world with her skilled hands. Judi’s proudest accomplishments were always centered around her grandchildren, in whom she took immense joy and pride.
Cremation was chosen following Judi's wishes. She will be laid to rest at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery in New Albany, Indiana, on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 10:00 am.
