Judith Kay (Henson) Decker, 79, of Sellersburg, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. She loved her family deeply and adored her grandchildren. Judy was an avid fan of Elvis Presley and enjoyed watching her favorite show, Everybody Loves Raymond.

She was born on October 2, 1944 in Lafayette, Indiana to James and Elsie (Smith) Henson. Along with her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Decker.

Judy is survived by her sons, Jeff Decker, Jason Decker (Beth); grandchildren, Flynn, Vivian; and her four-legged companion, Lucy.

Judy's wish was to be cremated and a reception of family and friends will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with a memorial service taking place at 1:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest privately beside her husband at Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville.

Contributions in her memory may be made to the American Printing House for the Blind (1839 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206).
