Juanita Turpin

Juanita L Turpin , 94, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, December 26, 2020. Juanita worked for years as the office manager for the Miami Baptist Association and then several Baptist Churches as their Secretary. She was involved in the Church's Mission work, and their involvement with helping people around the world. Juanita loved going to the beach and visiting the many lighthouses. Holidays and Birthdays were her favorite times celebrating with family and friends. She was a true believer in Christ and would let all those around her know her passion.

She was born on May 4, 1926 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Raymond and Louise (Adams) Hill. She is preceded in death by her Parents, Son-In-Law, Dan Caraway, and Brother, Kenneth Hill.

Juanita is survived by her Daughter, Julie Caraway, Son, Steven (Lisa) Turpin, Grandchildren, Lauren (John) Galvan, Kyle (Allie) Turpin, and Daniel Caraway, Great-Grandchildren, Conner, Caleb, Gianna, Cole, and Arlo, Niece, Debbie Schilling, and Nephew, David Hill. Juanita also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of Friends and Extended Family.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 am on Thursday, at Newcomer Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Beth Haven Cemetery.
