Joyce Garner Paley, 71, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2020. She was born on January 2, 1949 in Albany, Georgia to the late Delmar and Merle Garner. She was a devout Christian and attended Ormsby Heights Baptist Church and Valley View Church for many, many years before she fell ill. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
In addition to her parents, Joyce is preceded in death by her siblings Jackie Garner, Jane Bishop, Bo Garner and Robert Garner.
Left to cherish her memory is her 3 daughters, Dawn C. Vincent, Stephanie (David) Vincent-Burns and Jayne C. Meredith; grandchildren, DJ Burns, Taylor Clark, Jackson Burns, Christian Powell, Aaron Burns, Kylee Meredith and Konnor Meredith; great-grandchildren, Navy Briscoe and Cyan Briscoe; siblings, Jean Moore, Dale Garner and Joann Young; and a host of nieces, nephews and a handful of friends who loved her dearly.
