Joyce Bunch

Joyce Bunch, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on August 12, 2016. She retired from Methodist Hospital and was a member of Gospel Kingdom Church.

Joyce was born on October 20, 1941, in Louisville, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Mert Bunch; parents, Homer and Naomi (Matherly) Hack; siblings, Ronald Lee Hack and Phyllis Jean Mills.

Joyce is survived by her daughters, Brenda (Roger) White and Barbara (John) Payton; siblings, Doris (Tony) Bruederle and Elbert (Elaine) Hack; grandchildren, Rebecca Preston, Robert Lawrence, and Jacob Payton; and 2 great-grandchildren, Jimmy and Shelby Preston.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 17th, 2016 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Thursday, August 18th, 2016 from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Friday, August 19th, 2016 from 10:00 am until the time on service at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). Her Funeral Ceremony will be on Friday, August 19th, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Southwest Louisville Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). Burial will follow at Shepherdsville Hill Cemetery (141 Mount Elmira Road, Shepherdsville, KY 40165).
