Joyce Ann Pernus, 73, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on February 1, 2016. She retired from the Livermore, CA City Clerk's Office and was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church.
Joyce was born on July 1, 1942, in San Francisco, California to the late Henry and Mildred (Vickery) Barone.
Joyce is survived by her husband of 54 years, Joel Pernus; three daughters, Justine Whittaker, Jennifer McKinty, Julie Nop; grandchildren, Brandon Whittaker, Amanda Whittaker, and Jolene McKinty; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Friday, February 5, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville) with her Funeral Ceremony following immediately.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
