Joseph Frances Starr

Joseph Frances "Joe" Starr, 59, passed away on October 25, 2023. He enjoyed doing yard work and spending time with his neighborhood friends and family. Joe was an avid UK fan and never missed a game.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Dolors Starr; brother, James Starr and his sister, Dora Rich.

Joe leaves to cherish his memories, his sisters, Bessie Thacker, Carol Carstens, Anna (Danny) Hudson and Stella Woods; best friend, Mike and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 9am-11am at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, with a celebration of Joe's life beginning at 11am.
