Joseph Allen Schoch

Joseph Allen "Joe" Schoch, 52, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on March 2, 2017, at his home. He was born on October 5, 1964, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Norbert Schoch, Sr., and Donna (Sautter) Hines. Joe was a member at Abundant Life Christian Church in New Albany, Indiana, and worked as a handyman for many years at which he was very talented. He enjoyed fishing and watching NASCAR.

Joe was preceded in death by his wife, Teri Schoch, and his father, Norbert Schoch, Sr. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving children, Nicholas Schoch and Lyndsey Page (James); his siblings, Norbert Schoch, Jr. (Kim), Robert Schoch (Tammy), Ann Kiesler (Doug), and Steve Schoch (April); along with many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150) with service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Galena Cemetery.
