He was born on April 7, 1956 in Louisville, Kentucky to James and Catherine (Grant) Lush. He is preceded in death by his father, James E. Lush; mother, Catherine E. Lush; and wife, Shirley Lush.
Joseph is survived by his loving family, son, Joseph Keith (Misty) Lush, Jr.; daughter, Crystal (Nick) Brewer; grandson, Tyler Lush; granddaughters, Chloe (Preston) Lush, Graci Owen; great-granddaughter, River; sister, Karen Mudd; brother, Kevin Lush; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.
