Joseph Earl Blair Sr., 91, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019.
He was born on April 4, 1928 in Louisville,Ky. He is preceded in death by his beloved Wife, Thelma Agnes Blair, Sons, Joseph E. Blair, Jr. and Rickie E. Blair, Parents, Gory and Marie Blair, Sisters, Shirley Peeples, Joann Higdon, and Mary Doss, and Brothers, Danny Lee Blair, James "Buddy" Blair, and Louis Michael Blair.
Joseph is survived by his Sons, Dennis M. Blair (Virnel) and Steven E. Blair (Jerri), Grandchildren, Regina Blair Thornton, Douglass Blair, Traci Blair and Lindsey Blair Adkison (Josh), a multitude of grandchildren and great grandchildren, Sisters, Judy Brown (Jim), Melva Blair, and Norma Pridemore and Brothers, David Blair and Ronnie Blair.
Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Wednesday, October 2nd at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive) A memorial mass will be held on Friday, October 4th at 10 am at Holy Family Catholic Church (3926 Poplar Level Rd.) with a graveside to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
