Jose Vazquez-Perez, 23, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2020. He was born on August 9, 1996 in Chiapas, Mexico to Jose Vazquez and Angela Perez.

Left to cherish his memory is his father, Jose (Bethany) Vazquez; mother, Angela (Ivan) Perez; siblings, Sara (Ricardo)Vazquez, Eliazin (Anabel) Vazquez, Luz Edith (Osiel) Vazquez, Alaina Michelle Vazquez.

Visitation will be from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm on Monday, June 29, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 1:30 pm on Monday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel with burial to follow at Bethany Memorial Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
