Jorene (Lyttle) Egan

Jorene( Lyttle) Egan, 77, of Jeffersonville, Indiana was called home on Friday, April 17, 2015. She was born on May 11, 1937 in Treemont, Kentucky to Frank and Hazel Lyttle. Jorene worked as a secretary in the life insurance business for many years and was a Mary Kay representative. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Jeffersonville, Indiana and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Along with her parents, Jorene was preceded in death by her husband, Joe R. Egan. She is survived by her children, Kathy Gelback (Tim), Cynthia Ware, Patrick Egan; brothers, Coby Lyttle (Vonna), Ozene Lyttle (Mary Ann); six grandchildren, Brittany, Jason, Erica, Brendon, Matthew, and Matt; five great-grandchildren, Julien, Kayla, Noah, Addison, and J.T.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 20, 2015 from 4 to 8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Service will be on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at 2:30 PM with burial to follow at Charlestown Cemetery in Charlestown, Indiana.
