Jon Michael Schueler

August 7, 1959 — December 2, 2024

Louisville

Jon Michael Schueler, 65, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2024. Jon was a simple man, Jon loved to read books, collected snoopy and Charlie Brown collectibles and enjoyed every second he could have with his family and friends. He enjoyed watching old sci-fy movies and enjoying popcorn with his granddaughters. Jon enjoyed the occasional thrift store shopping. There wasn't a person he met that was a stranger to him. He was married for 38 years to his beloved wife, Jenny whom they have two amazing children Katie and Chris. Jon was one to roll with the flow and was always a joy to be around. He had a smile that would light up the room. Jon would make an impression on just about anyone that he would meet just by talking to him for 10 mins you would feel like you knew him for years. He could talk for days about any movie, book, actor/actress that you could imagine. Jon was a very intelligent man. Jon was loved by many and will be missed by so many more. He will always live on through the memories he has left in the history of our hearts, pictures and stories that he has inspired.

He was born on August 7, 1959 in Louisville, Kentucky to Lewis and Francis (Zehnder) Schueler. He is preceded in death by his Father, Lewis Cass Schueler, Sr., Mother, Francis Marie Schueler, Siblings, Lewis Schueler, Jr., Fred Schueler, and Dennis Schueler.

Jon is survived by his loving Wife of 38 years, Jennifer Kay Schueler; Children, Katie (Ben) Wood and Chris Schueler; Grandchildren, Hailey Wood and Skylar Wood; Siblings, Janice Sego, Carrie Schueler, Timmy Schueler, Tami (Danny) Schneider, Pete Robinson, and Phil (Tammy) Ott, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, family, friends, and his beloved furbabies to cherish his memory forever.
