Johnny "Bubba" Smith, 65, of Louisville, KY passed away on December 13, 2013.
Bubba was born on May 11, 1948, in Nashville, TN to the late Johnny and Lilly (Allen) Smith.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Pamela (Vance) Smith; son, John Smith Jr.; and daughter, April Marie Morgan; brothers, Kenneth DeWayne Smith and James Franklin Smith; granddaughter, Nevaeh Sky Smith; and grandson, Bryce Anthony Smith.
Visitation will be held from 10am to 3pm Saturday, December 21, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy), with funeral ceremony immedately following at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the family.
