John Adam "Junnie" Wallington, born on November 19, 1949, departed this life on November 26, 2024. He was 75 years old at the time of passing. John was a remarkable individual whose warm personality and unwavering dedication left a lasting impact on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing.

A hard worker by nature, John embraced his responsibilities with a sense of pride and commitment that was evident in all his endeavors. He was preceded in death by his mother, Hazel Irvin; sisters, Cathy Irvin and Sandra Irvin; brother, Edward "Eddie: Irvin and his step-father, James William Irvin.

John leaves to cherish his memories, his brothers, George W. Irvin and James T. Irvin and his soul brother, Jesse Kennedy.

Visitation will be on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 11am-1pm with a celebration of John's life beginning at 1pm.
