John W. "Jack" Lepkowski, Jr., 78, passed away at the Chapel House in Louisville, Kentucky on September 1, 2010. Jack was an avid story teller and well loved by all of his fellow residents at the Chapel House.
He was born on July 11, 1932 in Chicago, Illinois to the late John W. and Ruth (Rowe) Lepkowski, Sr. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Joan L. Hatch.
Jack is survived by his sister, Jean Zaremba and her husband, Ed, of Dale Hollow, Kentucky; and several nieces and nephews.
