John Karcher

John Karcher, 76, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025.

He was born on October 2, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Paul and Virginia (Goatley) Karcher. He is also preceded in death by his most special partner, Cathe Rodes.

He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army and was assigned to the 515th Transportation company, he an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed the outdoors. John attended St. Boniface Catholic Church. 

John is survived by his loving siblings, Joseph Karcher (Julia), Mary Lou Bauer (Richard), nieces, great-nieces and a great-nephew.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to all the caring staff at Creekside on Bardstown Road for their exceptional care for John.
