John "Jack" Jones, 56, of Middletown, Kentucky passed away on November 4, 2017.
He was born on July 31, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Paul Jones and Ida Lee (Mathis) Clark. He was also preceded in death by his sister Roxanne Casper and brother Murphy Jones.
He is survived by his wife of 24 years Lois Herrmann, son Ross Jones, brother Bill (Caroline) Jones, sisters Louise (Darryl) Mullins, Lee (Herb) Houseworth and brother Joe (Glenda) Casper. Jack is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 9, 2017 at 4:00pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions East Louisville Chapel in Middletown with visitation to follow until 7:00pm.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to KODA (Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates) 10160 Linn Station Rd, Louisville, KY 40223.
