John Henry Huffman Sr.

John Huffman, 66, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away peacefully at home on November 1, 2016
John was born on June 2, 1950, in Louisville to the late Delbert and Clearcy Huffman. He retired from TARC, was a former Indiana Law Enforcement Officer, and was a member of St. Mary's Navilleton Catholic Church in Floyds Knobs, IN. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry W. Huffman; and grandson, Zeke Beckett.
John is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Bernardine "Bunny" Huffman; children, Tracy R. Beckett (Anson) and John Henry "J.R." Huffman, Jr. (Robin); 5 grandchildren; and sister, Delbra Genovese (Sam).
Cremation was chosen according to John's wishes. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 11, 2016 at St. Mary's Navilleton Catholic Church, 7500 Navilleton Road, Floyds Knobs, Indiana 47119. Newcomer Funeral Home, Southwest Louisville Chapel was entrusted with arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association, Kidney Foundation, or the Knights of Columbus.
