John Bradley Fritz, 42, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, April 27, 2017. When he was younger, John enjoyed riding horses and fishing. He was full of personality and loved to laugh and carry on a conversation.
He was born on October 11, 1974, in New Albany, Indiana, to Diana (Parr) Fritz and the late John Fritz. John was also preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Margaret Fritz and Elijah and Evelyn Parr; and uncle, Gary Fritz.
In addition to his mother, John is survived by his son, Cody Cerhan; sister, Amee Linton; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Monday after 9:00 a.m. His Funeral Service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home with cremation to follow.
The family requests that contributions in John's memory be made to the National Foundation for Transplants (5350 Poplar Avenue, Suite 430, Memphis, Tennessee 38119).
