John D. Devine, Jr., age 6 of Louisville, passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012.
John is survived by his loving family, his grandmother Donna Goldsmith; grandfather, Leon Blevins; uncle Leon Blevins, Jr.; and aunt, Omega Goldsmith. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
Funeral ceremony will be 12:30 p.m. Friday, July 20, 2012 at Covenant United Methodist Church, 909 West Jefferson Street, LaGrange, KY with visitation there from 11:00 a.m. until time of services. Burial will be in Valley of Rest Cemetery in LaGrange. Memorial expressions may be made to the family.
