Joe "Dicky" Rogers, 68, of Louisville, passed away on November 1, 2015. Joe was born in Louisville on January 22, 1947. He was preceded in death by one son, Christopher Sinclair Rogers. He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Betty Rogers; daughters, Monica Marie Miller and Claudia Lenora Rogers; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services for Joe are private.
