Joe Everett Bartley, 79, passed away on June 02, 2019. He was an Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Pheble Wright and Margie Bartley and brother, Clayton Bartley.

Joe is survived by his loving wife, Billie Lea Bartley; children, Judy Bartley, Tony "T.J" (Devona) Bartley and Curtis (Kim) Bartley; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and sisters, Donnie (Robert) Hall and Ethel (James) Tackett

Visitation will be Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 6pm-8pm with a celebration of Joe's life beginning at 6pm.

Burial will be 11 am Friday, June 7, 2019, at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery-Central, 2501 N Dixie Blvd, Radcliff, KY.
