Joann Marie Kurk, 64, of Mount Washington, Kentucky passed away on September 3, 2015. She enjoyed camping and loved spending time with her family especially her beloved grandchildren.
Joann was born on January 17, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Everett and Helen (Williams) Price. She was also preceded in death by her son, Michael A. Hall, and a brother, Everett David Price.
Joann is survived by her husband of 30 years, Michael Kurk; children; David W. Vincent, Lewis Vincent, Vernon Vincent, Mark P. Hall, and William Paul Hall, two sisters; Joyce Nelson and Tina Bibb, two brothers; Johnny Price and Calvin Jones. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of the service at 1:00 pm Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville 40243).
