Joann Cecilia(Whited) Bridges, 70, of New Albany, Indiana was called home on Wednesday, May 13, 2015. She was born on November 24, 1944 in Louisville, Kentucky to Robert and Agnes Whited. Joann worked at Colgate for 17 years. She enjoyed going to the casino boat, horse racing, and was an avid UK fan.
Joann is survived by her daughters, Sheila Wheeler(Larry), Ronda Ladd( Donald T. Ladd Jr.), siblings, Eugene Whited, Robert Whited, Janice Gary, Doris Bainum, 2 grandchildren, Megan Wheeler, and Donald T Ladd III, 2 great-grandchildren, Ria Wheeler, and Desirae Ladd.
Visitation will be on Monday, May 18, 2015 from 2 to 8 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana 47150). Her Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 11 AM with cremation to follow.
