Joann Armstrong, 61, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2019.
She was born on August 27, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Herbert and Mildred (Cravens) Hudson. She is also preceded in death by her siblings; Joan Hudson, Roy Hudson, Dolores Jean Hudson and Michael Hudson.
Joann is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Lawrence "Larry" Armstrong, Sr., children; Kevin Armstrong (Beth), Lawrence "Larry" Armstrong, Jr. (Robin), Chad Armstrong (Julie), Kimberly Wilson (James), thirteen grandchildren; Samuel Armstrong, Logyn Armstrong, Noah Armstrong, Benjamin Armstrong, Kayla Williams, Chloe Armstrong, Trenton Steele, Dylan Armstrong, Ryan Armstrong, Kaden Greenwood, Jase Greenwood, Kallen Greenwood and Braelyn Wilson. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; Madelynn Shirley, Ophelia Shirley and siblings; Patricia Pedigo, Herbert Lee Hudson, Jr., Marie McCarty, Joseph Hudson and Charlie Hudson.
Visitation will be from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, June 21, 2019 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
Her funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, June 22, 2019 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery in Louisville, Kentucky.
