Joan S Mehr, 55, passed away Sunday, August 10 surrounded by family and friends.
She was a loving mother and friend to her family and all those whom she met.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Lynne Huecker, and mother Elaine Gay Elgie.
Survivors: husband, Charles Mehr; daughters; Heather, Lauren, Anna, and Abbey, father, Jim Scott, brother James Scott (Cindi), and five grandchildren.
Services will be held Friday August 15 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive. Visitation will be from 3-7 pm, followed by a memorial service starting at 7pm.
Memorial contributions can be sent to the Wunder Project, a foundation in search of a cure for colon cancer.
