J'Niyah Monae Fears of Louisville, KY passed away on October 12, 2015. She was born on October 9, 2015 in Louisville, KY. She is now God's angel and will be truly missed.
She is survived by her loving parents, Leshan Fears and Diamond Smith; grandparents, Tondia (Gaston) Phillips, Dedra Glenn and Les Fears and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins.
Visitation will be Monday, October 19, 2015, from 12pm-1pm with a celebration of J'Niyah's life will begin at 1pm at Union Missionary Baptist Church, 1614 Ormsby Avenue, Louisville, KY with burial to follow at Green Meadows Cemetery.
