Jim Blair, Jr., 79, passed away on July 27, 2020.
He was born on February 5th, 1941 in Louisville, KY to the late James Sr. and Bessie Blair. Jim was a retired Louisville Firefighter. He enjoyed the simple things in life like playing cards with his friends and having a bonfire. Jim loved spending time with his family and cheering on his grandkids at their ball games.
Jim is survived by his children, Kim King (Perry), Missy Wilson (Doug), Jimmy Blair, and Jason Blair; grandkids, Kris, Brian, Ashley, Brent, Haylee, Karlee, Kaytee and Andrew; 15 great grandkids; and sister, Patsy Moody.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30th from 5 to 8 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Chapel (235 Juneau Drive). His funeral will be on Friday at 11 am at the funeral home with burial to follow at Worthington Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to help with Jim's friend, Mike Elston's medical needs at the link below.
