Jessica Lynn "Jessie" Cooper, 36, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 24, 2017.
She enjoyed music, scary movies, the magic of Chris Angel and relaxing on a rainy day with a cup of coffee.
Jessie was blessed with the love of her large family, her fiance Chris and most of all her "Boo" Laila, and her 6 month old "Precious" son, Jax.
She was a Lead Pre-School Teacher for A to Z Learning Center and Child Care in Jeffersontown, KY and loved her kids there.
Jessie was born on May 31, 1981 in Orange, New Jersey.
She grew up in West Orange, NJ, Las Vegas, NV and Sapphire, NC and has many friends who meant the world to her in the Cashiers, NC area where she attended high school.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Joseph and Betty Bello, her Nana and Pop-Pop; her uncle, David Flatt and cousin, Ian Flatt.
Jessie is survived by her parents, George and Joanne Flatt; fiance, Christopher Wages; daughter, Laila Renee Cooper; son, Jaxson Lee Wages; sister, Georgia Flatt Stone (Jeff); grandparents, Bill and Virginia Flatt, her Mamaw and Papaw; and extended family and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. at Veterans Park (10707 Taylorsville Rd, Jeffersontown, KY 40299).
