Jesse Lee Stevens , 92, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019. Jesse was a deacon and member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Elizabethtown and he proudly served his country in the United States Army.
He was born on December 18, 1926 in Drakesboro, Kentucky to Oscar and Elizabeth (Epley) Stevens . He is preceded in death by his parents, and his beloved wife of 65 years, Anna Marie Stevens.
Jesse is survived by his daughter, Anna Kay Call, son, Roy Vessell; grandchildren, Victoria Call, Jennifer Rankins, Stephen Vessell; great-grandchildren, Autum Vessell, Karma Vessell, Cole Rankins,and Kendall Rankins; and a host of other family members and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at The Seventh Day Adventist Church of Elizabethtown, (215 N Mantle Ave). His Memorial Service will be at 2:00 pm on Sunday, at the church.
