Jesse Phelps, 43, of Leitchfield, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020. He was born on June 10, 1977 in Louisville, Kentucky to Chandler and Geraldine Phelps.

He is preceded in death by his Mother, Geraldine Phelps.

Left to cherish his memory is his father, Chandler Phelps; brothers, Justin (Jenny) Phelps, Jason (Lori) Phelps, John (Frances) Phelps, James (Judy) Phelps; nephews, Chris (Amber) Phelps, Greg Phelps, and Austin Phelps; and a host of extended family.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel, (10304 Dixie Hwy). His Funeral Service will be at 5:00 pm on Saturday, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - Southwest Louisville Chapel.
