Jesse Lee Jones, Jr., 48, went to be with his Heavenly Father on October 19, 2017. He was a member of Cloverleaf Baptist Church. Jesse was an avid U of L fan and loved to go fishing with his children.
Jesse is survived by his children, Jefferson Jones, Dorothy Jones, Isaac Basham Jones and Taylor Jones; mother, Janice Spencer; father, Jesse Lee Jones, Sr.; brothers, Ted Spencer, Jr., Jody Jones and John Jones; sister, Ebby Jones; grandparents, Jeff and Marie Sanders; aunt, Brenda (Ervin) Miller; uncle, Billy (Susan) Sanders and numerous cousins.
Visitation will be Saturday, October 21, 2017, from 3pm-8pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY with a celebration of Jesse's life beginning at 7pm.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the family.
