Jerry Maddux, 74, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, September 5, 2018.

He was born on September 8, 1943 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Mr. and Mrs. Maddux. Jerry is also preceded in death by his siblings Jerry Layne Maddux and Cecile Maddux.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Pat Maddux, step-son, Daniel Shumate (Shelli Simon), niece Kasey Kilpatrick, nephew William Kinniard and great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).

His funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Monday, September 10, 2018 at the funeral home with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
