Jerry was born on November 28, 1957 in Louisville, Kentucky. He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Kihnley.
Jerry was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Phos Community Church (4200 Centerfield Drive, Crestwood, KY 40014), with a memorial service to follow at 12 p.m. at church.
In loving memory of Jerry, memorial contributions may be made to Phos Community Church.
