Jerry Anthony Davidson

Jerry Anthony "Tony" Davidson, 51, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Monday, August 14, 2017. He will always be remembered for his love of fishing and riding his Harley-Davidson.

He was born on April 8, 1966, in Louisville, Kentucky, to the late Berry G. Davidson and Geneva (Branham) Davidson Hayes. Along with his parents, Tony was also preceded in death by his siblings, Joe Davidson and Anna Tatum; and stepfather, Glen Hayes.

Tony is survived by his wife of 29 years, Kellie D. (Beazly) Davidson; daughter, Samantha Davidson (Aaron Kenney); brother, Berry M. Davidson; parents-in-law, Sam and Joanne Beazly, and brother-in-law, Brian Beazly (Laura).

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 18, 2017, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). His Funeral Service will then take place at 1:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.

Contributions in Tony's memory may be made to the New Albany Animal Shelter (215 West Market Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150) or the American Heart Association (7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75231-4596).
